Important: The payment made through this form is for the conference fee only. Cruise fare, cabin booking, and travel arrangements will be arranged separately through Pippa and are subject to availability and operator terms.

Conference fee: Early-bird pricing (until 1 January 2027) — $229.00 per adult or $399.00 per couple (two adults travelling together). After early bird, standard rates apply ($279.00 per adult / $499.00 per couple). Children under 16 attend free — the form applies this automatically based on each guest's date of birth.

You may include up to 4 guests total in this booking. If you require more than two cabins, please complete a separate booking form for each cabin.
